100% Commission Split

One fact that remains true in this modern world is “It doesn’t matter how much money you make, what matters is how much you keep!” We do not believe in complex commission splits and we do not believe in taking the Agents hard-earned money. We offer a flat fee commission program that will keep the majority of the money with the person who does most of the work, YOU, the Agent!

Additional benefits include our on-line IT help desk. If you are experiencing any technical difficulties just schedule an appointment and they will be able to login to your computer and resolve any issue.

Training and Coaching

As an L1 Group Agent you will have access to online coaching and training. We will teach you necessary skills to increase your abilities to that you are able to achieve your desired financial success. Every L1 Group Agent is assigned a coach and may participate in this coaching program voluntarily. We will help you identify your goals and more importantly provide the tools for you to reach those goals!
