HUD Homes- L1 Group is an authorized HUD broker. Therefore, L1 Group Agents are able to bid on and deal with HUD homes.

Referral System- Many of your friends and associates in Real Estate will also benefit by becoming an L1 Group Agent. Refer them to L1 Group and as they become an active Agent you will receive $100 from every transaction they close for as long as you both remain L1 Group Agents.

You will receive a web site that you can customize on your own or, as an L1 Group Agent, you may choose to receive a list of Custom Website Designers to help you individualize and personalize your web site for a minimal cost. L1 Group will then host your site on our Web Server.
