Believe it or not, the way you look has a big impact on the type of business you will attract, and to be successful, then you have to dress for success.

Now, with that said…I in fact do wear a suit to work everyday and my business doesn’t discriminate on price ranges…I work and sell it all. In my business, my goal is to present a crisp, professional and on top of things image and  wearing a suit presents that for me.

The bottom line is that people treat people based on the way they look. Whether you think that this is right or wrong doesn’t matter because it is simply the way things are. You need to decide what type of business that you want and reflect that in your style…because in the end you need to dress for success.

Hello everyone, welcome to the official Blog for the L1 Group LLC. I often get a lot of questions about who exaclty is the L1 Group, so I have decided this will be the first post.

First and foremost, I am the Principal Broker and President of the L1 Group LLC. I am not going to talk a lot about my self here, but feel free to visit my personal website at www.brettmatsuura.com. The important thing that I want you to know about me is that I have been in real estate since 1999, I’ve been a Principal Broker since 2003, I am licensed to sell real estate in Utah and California, I sell over 100 transactions per year and it doesn’t matter where I at because I am remote.  I can be just as effective in my pajamas at home than I am in my suite at the office….and that is what L1 Group is all about!
