What is the minimum Sales Volume Required?

Zero. You can close as much or as little as you would like.

How long does it take to get my commission check?

Once we have completed a final audit of your file and it is complete, we will electronically deposit your commission into your checking or savings account. It generally takes 1-2 days for the funds to reach your account.

Can I negotiate my commission with clients?

Absolutely. Just always be aware that your transaction fee will stay the same price regardless of your negotiations.

What if I need an Office?

L1 Group is a virtual real estate brokerage. We do not have any physical offices to rent. This is how we are able to provide such an awesome commission program. However, if you need office space, we recommend looking at executive office suites or in the classified ads to sublease. If you must meet with a client meet in their home for more personalized service. You may also take advantage of the virtual on-line sites available. This will allow you and your client to look over contracts or details on the same computer screen in separate locations. As another option, meetings can be held at Starbucks, Barnes and Noble or any other place that provides free wi-fi.
