Success Services We Offer
Recruiting and Bonus Programs
One program that we offer as a brokerage is the opportunity for you to recruit and bring other agents into our organization. We will pay you up to $100 for each Agent you recruit for every closed transaction. This L1 Group bonus program will continue as long as you are with the company. In other words, as an agent you can build and recruit your own team of professionals that will provide an income month after month on each transaction they close.
Lead Generation Program
We have an established relationship that will generate and give you invaluable leads in the Real Estate industry. We will help you perfect those leads to a “ready to list” state. This program is highly productive and easy to use. This is an enormous benefit to all agents within the L1 Group.
Full service Coaching Program
Although this program is not mandatory it is highly recommended. Each agent that participates will see overall success and an enticing financial gain as you work this productive program. We are motivated to offer this as a collaborative approach to success for our agents and brokerage.

We are members of the Utah MLS system providing all of our agents access to this vital part of the Real Estate business.
